Afternoon all,

Hope your afternoon's going better than mine...

I've got a problem where, when I print off an e-mail in Outlook Express - it prints off the newest part of the message, but nothing more - it doesn't print off the full e-mail.

Any advice? I'm not overly confident with Outlook Express as I'm a Outlook 2003/2007 person at home - unfortunately, I can't get a proper outlook client at work.

Am I being particularly stupid? Have I just missed a tick box somewhere?

(Moderator edit: topic moved to more appropriate forum. jgweed)

Within Outlook Express if you do CTRL and P this will bring out thye rpinting box. How are the settings there? Look especially on the pages to be printed.

Are you having problem printing the replies imbedded in the E-mail under consideration?

John

No problem.

Not entirely sure how it happened, but for some reason my system was defaulting to print page 2 onwards, so cut out page 1. Group policies maybe? :s

Anyway - I had a word with one of our IT bods, and got them to change the default setting as an administrator. Works fine now.
