I have two hard drives:

D: Vista Ultimate

I wanted to uninstall Vista but the boot files for it are on the c:.

1) If i use EasyBCD to uninstall the vista bootloader, can i then format the drive?
2) Would this work.
3) Would this remove the files on the c: that are for vistas bootloader so when i bootup i do not get an option screen, it just goes straight into XP?

Thanks in advance.

You remove the 3 files and one folder and you'll return to the settings that your boot.ini file has. If your system boots straight into XP from the Vista bootloader, then it'll likely boot straight into it once the Vista bootloader is removed.
