I don't have any sound on some websites or any start up sounds. I've checked in my control panel and everything seems fine. My speakers work, because I receive sound with Windows Media Player and Limewire and also on some sites it does work, any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I figured it out, I had to add to my registry, found the answer on another board thanks for replying!
