I have a second computer that is down and out. I want to create a startup disk to bring it up in DOS mode. My primary computer does not have a floppy drive and I can not find how to create a startup disk to a CD. Is it even possible?

Have you looked at BootDisk.com?

Let us know if that site is able to help you or not. Good Luck
