Just to introduce myself.
I am English, but have been living in France for some 11 years. Although I am computer literate, having been involved in IT since 1965, at 73 years of age, I am fairly new to the world of the PC and find much of it confusing and very poorly documented.
I hope that by joining this forum, I shall be able to find answers to many of my baffling problems.
Thanks in advance for all the help which I know I shall receive.

Certainly there is a great deal of documentation for Windows and its applications, but they are found, helter-skelter on the pages of the Internet, as well as at places such as BC, where members share areas of experience and expertise in an effort to increase their common stock of knowledge.
Welcome to this great user community!

John

Bonjour, monsieur. Iam 72, but have been bashing PC's since their birth. Maybe we will be able to scratch our greying heads together and still come up empty!
