Howdy and welcome to BleepingComputers,
First off, there are 2 antivirus programs monitoring the system concurrently.
That's not good. You can keep both of them, but one must be disabled from real time monitoring.
I'll leave that choice up to you.

Next open Add/Remove Programs (ARP)in the Control Panel.
Uninstall HijackThis (HJT) This only remove the reference of where it's running from, not the actual program.
Now check for any Sun java package that is installed. It will be listed as
J2SE Runtime Environment x Update x (the x represents the version and update number)
Please make a note of any that were found. If none are listed
close ARP.
Open Internet Options in the Control Panel. Click the Advanced tab.
Scroll down to Http:1.1 settings
Just below that should be the type and/or version of Java that is present.
Please note what it is.
Close Internet Options.

Please show hidden files, folders, and system files

Now create a folder in either MyDocuments or C:\Program Files and name it HijackThis
Move HijackThis.exe from it's present location,
C:\DOCUME~1\GREASY~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\Temporary Directory 2 for hijackthis.zip\HijackThis.exe
to the newly created HijackThis folder. This way, when the Temp directory is cleaned out, we won't lose HJT and it's backups.

With all browers and programs closed, open HijackThis and do a scan. Check these items to be fixed, then click the Fixed checked button for

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {549B5CA7-4A86-11D7-A4DF-000874180BB3} - (no file)
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {FDD3B846-8D59-4ffb-8758-209B6AD74ACC} - (no file)
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [mbssm32] C:\WINDOWS\system32\mbssm32.exe

After clicking Fixed checked, click the Config button once more, than Misc Tools.

Under System Tools, click the Delete a file on reboot.... button
Navigate to and click on
C:\WINDOWS\system32\mbsrm32.exe <--- this file. If it's not present go on to the next one listed below
Now click the Open button. Click No to the prompt to restart now
Click the Delete a file on reboot button once more, navigate to
C:\WINDOWS\system32\mbssm32.exe <--- this file
Click on it to highlight it, then click Open, and this time click Yes to the prompt to restart now

After the system restarts, with all programs and browsers closed, do another scan with
HJT, and save the log.
Then read this tutorial
After doing so please have the system scanned by the Kaspersky Online Scanner
Save the report as a .txt file as described in the tutorial

Post back with the last HJT log and the Kaspersky report, please.
