I am currently using an ATA-100 Hard Drive, if I were to purchase an Ultra/ATA-100 HD would this be compatible and what are the differences between the interfaces?

We use them interchangeably at work without any issues.
My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.
