Program Won't Open

I've been trying to open a program on my computer that normally opens perfectly fine about for the last two days it has been unable to open and it keeps coming up with this error report saying, MFC Client Application has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
I searched over the program and the rest of my computer for viruses and spy ware but nothing was found. So I'm not sure what the problem is I even tried to uninstall the program then reinstall it and it still came up with the same problem. Anyone that knows how to fix this problem please help, and reply with your answers.

Do you Creative Labs software on your computer try this

You should first start by finding the Creative Labs CD which came with

your computer, and running the install program again to update drivers

and software to known working versions.

Once you have done that, go to the Creative Labs website, find the

model and type of your sound card, and install the newest drivers and

software you can find there (their website usually helps you to find

the product you're using quite quickly) : Auto-Update :
