Shockwave Not Installing Successfully

i am unable to install shokwave successfully.

this happened after i reinstalled XP.In the previous XP installation shockwave was working.
i tried everything.
reinstalling,uninstallling, reboooting,java enabling,flash download,etc.
but it just wont work :thumbsup:

please help
I noticed that there is something wrong the admin mode.when i go to standby mode i can't come back using the admin mode.Which was present earlier.what's went wrong?i was suggested that the admin mode is necessary for shockwave..

By Admin mode do you mean Safe Mode?

Try running the System File Checker to make sure you haven't got corruption in any of your important system files.
