Hi,

I am new to this forum and I am looking for help. I have two problems

1. When I restart the computer I get the error message

iexplore.exe - Application Error
The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000142). Click OK to terminate the application.

2. If I try to run IExplore (6) it takes a loooooong time to open, of course it also shows the same error message

I have Windows XP and IExplorer 6. I have run the Hijackthis and this is what I found. Any help with this issue will be greatly appreciated.

Mirtha
