First of all I would like to say this website is amazing. It has helped me in more ways than one. If not for this website I would have paid hundred of dollars for someone to do what I did for free. So again, I say thank you.

Now to my questions. I recently changed internet providers. I went into Outlook Express, Accounts and deleted my old IP and added my new IP. But when I close out OE and open back up and the very top it still say "Outlook Express Inbox - Micro-Universe" (Micro is my old IP) How do I get it to say Cros net (my new IP)

2nd Question. I recently downloaded an update to my Word Perfect program and downloaded it to my desktop how to I install this update? It is an exe file. The exact name is WPOHotFix_ALT.EXE

Please help as I have learned so much from you and this website has made computers fun. My husband said that he is a computer windower.

In reply to your first question, have a look at How To Configure Outlook Express 6 and scroll down to 'Manual steps to add and to configure a new Internet e-mail account'.
Chaos reigns within.
Reflect, repent, and reboot.
Order shall return.
