I keep getting this error message that says "The dynamic link library wininet.dll could not be found" It all started after my daughter ran the kaspersky anti virus program. Any ideas on this?

Well, I read that and, well, now I am compleatly lost. Anybody care to put that in plain english? It seems like a couple of people tried a couple of different ideas, but there is no clear cut winner on which one is best.
