I recently downloaded Videora but whenever i open it i get his error message:

"The application failed to initalize properly (0xc0000135). Click on OK to terminate the application.

so i am unable to open it. I've tried reinistalling Videora but I'm not sure what else to do so any help would be appriciated.

Which Videora are you referring to? The converter or the RSS feed app? The RSS feed app has their own support forum, here. The converter does not seem to be supported yet.

See if you can see it in Control Panel, Add and Remove Programs. If not try installing it.
