Getting Pop Up Error Message

At the startup of my PC i have started getting an error message that says my hpqthb08.exe is not working and that I should mannually install the debugging service to repair it. Also says that : Common language Runtime Debugging Services is not working, after I click on the ok button or select the cancel button it shows the following file as well: cordbg.exe !a0x6a8 I havenever touched my hp files and have all my hp updates boxes checked to get my updates as they become ready....

Also I have a adware/spybot program installed on my Pc to help with these sort of items.

Any help as to what it is or is going on, also my PC has slowed down quite a bit and takes longer to load web site pages.

Hello,

have you changed any language settings?
According to liutilities, it is a debuger testing tool...http://www.liutilities.com/products/wintaskspro/processlibrary/cordbg/ do you know what version of .net framework your pc is running?

I'd suggest uninstalling and reinstalling the HP Image Zone or HP Photosmart Premier software (using the most recent version available at the HP website).

cordbg.exe is the Microsoft Managed Debugger (cordbg) Testing Tool

One person that I read about resolved it by installing .NET v1.1 - but I dunno if this applies to your situation.
My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.
