Hello all.

When I try to upgrade to SP2, the installation freezes at the "Performing Cleanup" stage. Why is that? What could be the reason? I have no idea. If anyone has any idea - please reply. Thanks in advance.

Make sure your computer is free of malware and that it isn't one of the over abused illegal VLK copies installed on your PC.
