Iíve recently had my pc infected with spyware/trojans. It occurred when I downloaded a silvercodec file. This lead to my pc being infected with Virusbursters. I found a cure (SmitFraudFix) on the web and thought I had cleared it.
Suspecting more infections, Iíve run many recommended spyware removers but nothing was found.
However when I installed and ran 2 less well known anti spyware software, SpyNoMore and SpyHunter (only the scan is free) I appeared to still have spyware. They stated I had Zlob Trojan, Winantivirus, Safety Alert 2006, Dialer.Faretoraci
The process I have run through so far is :
MSConfig Normal Startup Mode
All Bins emptied
Reboot in Safe Mode, no internet connection
CCleaner
Ad-aware
Spybot
Avast Virus Scan
SuperAntispyware, Windowsdefender, Avast cleaner, DR Web Cure it, Spyware Doctor, Stinger, vcleaner Grisoft, (also ran SpyNoMore and SpyHunter)
Online Scanners (internet connection) Ė Symantec Security Check, TrendMicro Housecall, Bit Defender, Panda Active Scan,
Reboot in Normal Mode
Ran HijackThis

My normal security software is :
ZoneAlarm, Avast, SpywareBlaster, Spyguard, Ad-aware, Spybot, CWSShredder
All updated and reported no infections

I have also installed anti-spyware to do scans with, which are :
SpyNoMore, SpyHunter Ė reported infections
SuperAntispyware, Windowsdefender, Avast cleaner, Ccleaner, DR Web Cure it, Spyware Doctor, Stinger, vcleaner Grisoft Ė reported no infections
Online Scanners - Symantec Security Check, TrendMicro Housecall, Bit Defender, Panda Active Scan - reported no infections

Q1) Iím getting rather paranoid about spyware at the moment, please can you check my Hijackthis log to see if I do have any spyware. I can also include the sturatuplist if required.

Q2) Also can you advise me on my selection of Security Software. Is ZoneAlarm, Avast, SpywareBlaster, Spyguard, Ad-aware, Spybot, CWSShredder enough?
With reference to spyware, should I pay for some anti-spyware software instead of / as well as SpywareBlaster, Spyguard, or will this not give any benefit?

Regards Scott

SpyNoMore and SpyHunter do not have good track records - ignore them

You have enough

Turn off restore points, boot, turn them back on Ė hereís how
