I have done a search but found no references. I hope that someone can help me.
When I open a file folder containing only .avi files [Adobe Premiere] or .aep files [Adobe After Effects] I get an error message saying that the above file is missing yet if I open these files in their respective programmes they are fine. I have managed to download this missing file but do not know what to do with it. Can anyone help me, please.
GEOTAN.

First, uninstall all instances of Nero you have.

Download the Nero CleanTool on this page:
http://www.nero.com/nero7/enu/Clean_Tools.html
(The CleanTool should remove all traces of the program from your system.)

After, try reinstalling.

There may be multiple entries of the said file that could be causing the problems.

I uninstalled Nero [ver 7] and reinstalled. Same problem. So uninstalled again and installed ver 6. Problem solved. And v6 is god enough for what I want.
Thank you for all your help,
GEOTAN.

I didn't really do anything, you fixed this one on your own. :flowers:

Just passing along some info I found, hopefully you won't need it!

In any case, you're welcome! :trumpet:
