How Do I Format My Harddrives

ive been having trouble with lots of viruses lately so im thinking the easiest way out is to reformat. Can anyone help me?

Especially since you are member number 100,000 (after adjustments for non-confirmed type applicants)

What is your system & operating system?

The procedure can differ.
You'll want to know which file system you want, also. FAT32 or NTFS

I wouldn't recommend formatting until you have exhausted all other options. You could post a HiJackthis log in our HijackThis Logs and Analysis forum. Before you do, please read and follow the instructions in the Preparation Guide for use before posting a HijackThis Log .

Here is the Microsoft version of it. Before going to that drastic step you might want to download all latest drivers for your peripherals and save them on a CD/DVD or memory stick. Do the same with all other , what you consider, valuable data.

I tend to agree with Joshuacat and first we could see what we could do to do it the "easy" way.
