Hi All

I have recently started playing around with and using the mozilla software. As im sick of all the adverts and cluttered look of AOL I have set my E-mail to Aol to be read via Thunderbird. This works fine but when send out e mail it doesn't work. The outgoing server doesn't work though. The address i have entered is smtp.aol.com. I am probably missing something really dumb.

Thanks for that i had the address correct but left the port on default 25. Changed to 587 and it works now. The only problem i have is that it seems to take forever to save message to sent file if at all because i stopped it after a while. I need the messages sent saved for work.

Any ideas

Many thanks
Martin
