Ok well I've recently bought a Logitech G15 keyboard, and every now and then, I get this problem. It's like everything is moved to the left. I click on the URL bar, little line thing moves to the left. I click start and it spazzes out on me there too if I try to use the side menus. When I try to type, it moves that little line thing to the left.

Is there anyway to fix this?

Uninstall the drivers reboot and re-install.

This sounds like a driver issue but it could also be a stuck key. Try pressing the CTRL and Alt keys a few times and see if that resolves the issue.
