I downloaded a program from the net and did not notice that it was intended for Word. I have Word Perfect. How do I open it up in Word Perfect?

Word Perfect may have the ability to convert the document into it's format.

I haven't used Word Perfect in eons, but open up the Word Perfect, then choose File, then navigate to the file you want to open. It may automatically convert it for you. Also, make sure the file type in the drop down is either in the Word format or, just to be safe select *.* (that means all types).

Or you would have the best of both worlds and download Open Office 2 and be able to read and create Word Docs.
