First, go to Start > Control Panels > Add/Remove Programs and uninstall any of the following programs if listed:
PuritySCAN By OIN
OIN
MediaTickets by OIN
Yazzle by OIN
Yazzle Cowabanga by OIN
Yazzle ActiveX By OIN
Yazzle Picster by OIN
Yazzle Sudoku by OIN
Yazzle Snowballwars by OIN
Yazzle Kobe Balls! by OIN
Zolero Translator
TizzleTalk by OIN
or anything similar with OIN or Outerinfo in it

Reboot and delete the following folder if found:
C:\Program Files\PurityScan\ <-- this folder

If you do not see any icon for "OIN" or "(program) by OIN" in Add/Remove Programs, then download and run this uninstaller.
  • Save the Uninstaller to your desktop.
  • Double click on the OiUninstaller.exe icon on your desktop.
  • Click on "Run".
  • Enter the four digit code that is displayed and click on "Uninstall".
  • Click on "Ok" and reboot your computer.
If your running Win XP/2000, download and scan with AVG Anti-Spyware 7.5 in "SAFE MODE".
(This is Ewdio 4.0 renamed. If you already have Ewido installed, please update to this version which has a special "clean driver" for removing persistent malware.) Be sure to print out and follow the AVG Anti-Spyware Install-Scan Instructions.

Post back if your still having problems afterwards.

When you click the link it will download one program with the name OiUninstaller. I just downloaded it so I know the link is working properly. There was no other file or program called ticket so I'm not sure what you tried. See the screenshot with instructions here.
