I am wondering if someone can help solve my problem..

After installing System Mechanic Pro 5c, accessing AOL causes my PC to shut down every time...when I uninstall SM, the problem goes away and reappears when I reinstall this utility.

I do like SM5 (plus I paid for it!!) so I do want to try to find a work around or solution. I emailed SM tech support but of course they're not there over the holiday.

Can anyone help or have they had similar problems?

Thanks

Did you enable the privacy clearing functions for aol? If so what happens if you disable those options
