Does your laptop have an s-video output and does your t.v. have an s-video input? If they do all you need is an s-video cable.
Either that or your laptop have a monitor output like this:

if it does you will need a svga to composite and/or s-video

OK that'll work here is what kind of adapter you will need they are usually about $5 with shipping on ebay i haven't looked in any other places for them, but here is what you need.

I think i read somewhere that these adapters don't always work depending on your computers graphics card or something so you will probably have to look into that on your own. Do you want to transfer the sound to your t.v. too?

Could you find or take a picture of what your monitor output plug looks like if it is different? and as for the audio its really up to you and thats something you could always decide on later.
