I went to use the Degragment Utility that is installed with Windows XP under the Administrative folder. I clicked on the Degrag folder and a box was brought up asking what program should be used to open it with. I clicked on the other folder in the Admin Folder and it was the same thing with the rest. What happened? What should I do to fix this? Please help

Right click on the folder and see what file type it is. It should be a shortcut.
Under "Properties" in the General tab, it should open with Microsoft Management Console.
Whereof one cannot speak, thereof one should be silent.
