Pictures Won't Down Load

When going to a training site to do courses the pictures will not down load . I get a little box with a red (X) in the middle and it will not open in eater IE or Firefox and I have turned off popup blocker, no help.

The privacy settings in Kasperksy may be causing this problem.

Also have a look at this article; Pictures Do Not Show.

a. Do you have the same problem if you go to other web sites?
b. Have the images loaded on this site for you before?
c. Is it possible for you to post a link, so others may test it?

No I don't have this problem on other sites and yes the loaded fine about a year ago. I can post it but it's password protected. Ford Motor CO. WEB BASE TRAINING site. About a year ago I was using Nortons. I have trying sence about 10:00 this morning to get to work.
