Did you recently remove a virus or some malware from your system? If so, have you submitted a log to the HJT Team ( http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/f/22/virus-trojan-spyware-and-malware-removal-logs/ )

Once you come up clean we can likely use the HJT tool to fix this problem.
My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.

Hi, John
Yes, I did use McAfee to remove some adware/malware. However, I do not know how to prepare a log as you mentioned.
Would you please show me how?

Thanks

I asked this question because a lot of these type errors are either caused by malware - or by the removal of the malware.

I'd still suggest having a HiJackThis log looked at by the HJT Team - that way you'll be sure that you're clean. And, anything that we do here won't cause the malware to hide itself further. Here's a link to the HJT forum. Please read the pinned topics at the top before posting your log. http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/f/22/virus-trojan-spyware-and-malware-removal-logs/

Also, mention the error in your post, and the HJT Team may be able to fix that also. If not, come back here when the log is done and we'll help to locate and eliminate this thing.
