i just recently performed a system recovery and my computer now runs very slow, i constantly get error messages when browsing the internet, and it freezes a whole bunch. my mcafee av was fried somehow, i couldnt even to get it to uninstall. i went to the mcafee site and used the virtual tech and it found nothing wrong with the av. i used their uninstall tool to get it off. its just one thing after another with this computer. any ideas?

What exactly are the error the error messages you are getting?

So if you uninstalled mcafee what are you you using for an Anti Virus program?
There are a few good free AV programs listed Here.
