Can't Get Windows Update Service To Work

Hi.
I cant use the windows update service, the following message keeps appearing:

[Error number: 0x80072F76]

The website has encountered a problem and cannot display the page you are trying to view. The options provided below might help you solve the problem.

I have tried following their instructions but they didn't work.

Can someone please help me?

Hi.
I followed the steps up until:
Step 5: Remove entries for Windows Update and Microsoft Update from the hosts file

Anyway its a firewall issue, when i disabled my firewall it worked. So where to now?

All firewalls have settings to use to block or allow programs, etc. Post the name of the firewall program you have and if it is a free or paid version or part of a security suite and I or someone who uses that particular program can help you with unblocking Windows Update.

I'm using the firewall that came with the eTrust security suite, which was a paid suite.
