My PC has having a problem loading the following windows updates:

1) framework 2.0 ( KB 922770)

2) office update ( KB919029)

3) office 2003 ( KB923272)

Other updates load fine.

When I try to get more information on why these updates do not load I get a blank screen on the windows update site.

I would appreciate any help in fixing this problem

Go to start ------> set program access and default -------> click on add or remove programs -----------> then check the box that says show updates. I need to know if these updates you are having problems installing are already installed on your PC or not.

Try downloading and installing the updates manually. For example you can get the KB922770 update from here.

The Microsoft Office Updates are available from the Downloads Homepage.
Click the "Check For Microsoft Updates" button on the right hand side of the page.
