The first thing I would try would be to uninstall Flash and Java and then re-install them.

The Version 5 Update 10 one. I believe that the other one is an old one that you won't need anymore but I'm not 100% sure on this point to leave it there for now. Download from here.

To reinstall Adobe Flash you must use the uninstaller described here:
http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/knowledgebase...cfm?id=tn_14157
The latest Java is 6.0 fourth download down on this page for end users:

Thanks for the links buddy215. I find it strange that the www.java.com site is showing the Version 5.0 Update 10 download.

Remove all previous versions of Java from Add/Remove Programs before installing the newest.

The Java website (like many others) is very complex - so the updates may not percolate to all the pages on the site. I downloaded the Update 10 version after version 6 was released.

The key here is that it works for you - if it doesn't, then try the link for v6.
My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.

I have the Knack. **  If I haven't replied in 48 hours, please send me a message. My eye problems have recently increased and I'm having difficult reading posts. (23 Nov 2017)FYI - I am completely blind in the right eye and ~30% blind in the left eye.<p>If the eye problems get worse suddenly, I may not be able to respond. If that's the case and help is needed, please PM a staff member for assistance.
