Hello,
I recently bought myself a USB BLuetooth Dongle and it came with some Bluetooth Software that is especially horrible. I would like to Use Windows Bluetooth software, but cannot seem to get it anywhere on my system.... any ideas?

You can't download it or you can find it on your system?

Well,
I have used my dads Laptop with BLuetooth and Windows has it integrated into its system.

I cannot find that on mine?

My only option is to use the BLuetooth software that came with my Dongle.

I would like to use windows to bluetooth

Go to start run and type bthprops.cpl
Is the bluetooth icon in the systray?

Please read under nr.6 under the heading "what to do if a BT apparatus is not detected " in the link I gave you
