Hello there and welcome to Bleeping Computer's security forum.
My name is David, I will be helping you with your log today.

It is a good idea to print off these instructions. There is a possibility some of the instructions will need to be carried out where internet access is not available. It is important that you complete the instructions in the right order, and that you don't miss out any steps.

Please download VundoFix.exe to your desktop
Double-click VundoFix.exe to run it.
When VundoFix re-opens, click "Scan for Vundo" button.
Once the scan is complete, right Click inside the listbox (white box) and click "add more files"
Copy and paste the 1 entry below into the top box(no arrows):

--> C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\cdpacdp.dll

Click "Add Files" and click "Close Window".
Click the Remove Vundo button.
You will receive a prompt asking if you want to remove the files, click YES
Once you click yes, your desktop will go blank as it starts removing Vundo - this is normal.
When completed, it will prompt that it will shutdown your computer, click OK.
Turn your computer back on.
Please post the contents of C:\vundofix.txt and a new HiJackThis log.

Have you used Msconfig to disable start-up programs? Before we begin continue you please please go to:
Start / Run and type MSConfig in the 'Run' box. When the System Configuration Utility opens, click on the 'Startup' Tab.
Make sure there is a checkmark beside every entry. Do not reboot when asked to by Windows to complete the change.

Hello there,

It is a good idea to print off these instructions. There is a possibility some of the instructions will need to be carried out where internet access is not available. It is important that you complete the instructions in the right order, and that you don't miss out any steps.

Your Java is out of date and the older versions are being exploited by malware.
We need to get it patched up as soon as possible.
Click on start, then control panel, and then double-click on add/remove programs.

Hey there, let's continue..

It is a good idea to print off these instructions:
This will be useful as there is a possibility some of the instructions will need to be carried out where internet access is not available.
You may also like to save these instructions in word/notepad to the desktop where they can be easily found for the same reasons as above.
A print out of the instructions would be a good reference to make sure you don't yet lost.
Also, it is important that you complete the instructions in the right order, and also that you don't miss any steps out!
If you have any queries about the process or just general questions, just ask.

Open Norton AntiVirus by double clicking the 'Shield' icon located in the right hand bottom corner of your computer screen.
Double click the 'View' folder. It is located on the left side of the Norton AntiVirus window. This will expand the folder and display the contents.
Click on the 'Quarantine' icon. The right side of the Norton AntiVirus window will now list the contents of your quarantine folder.

Select the item you wish to remove and click on RED 'X' icon to delete it.
This will open the 'Take Action' window. Click the 'Start Delete' button to remove the infected file from your computer.
Repeat for any other quarantined files you want to remove.

When you are done removing files, click the 'Exit' button in the bottom left hand corner of the Norton AntiVirus window.

Now, we need to purge your infected system restore points.
On the Desktop, right-click My Computer, then click Properties.
Click the System Restore tab near the top of the window.
Check Turn off System Restore, click Apply, and then click OK.
More information on how to disable your system restore can be found here.

We want to create a new, clean restore point. Please first reboot your computer.
On the Desktop, right-click My Computer, then click Properties.
Click the System Restore tab near the top of the window.
Uncheck "Turn off System Restore", click Apply, and then click OK.

Click Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools, and select System Restore.
In the System Restore wizard, select the box next the text labeled "Create a restore point" and click the Next button.
Type a description for your new restore point - Something like "After trojan/spyware cleanup".
Click Create, and after it has created the restore point, click "Close".
Further instructions on creating a restore point can be found here

Open the Hijackthis program. Click on Open Misc Tools Section.
Click on the backups tab at the top. Click the button "Delete All", this will delete infected backups.

Reboot a final time, and let me know how the PC is running!

Not looking good...

Before I could do restore checkpoints..I was infected with a Virus that disabled my Norton.

Spybot picked up 2 other viruses...WIN.backdoor & NAVdisable

What is my next move?

Ok, it's been a while, so let's see a new Hijackthis log.
The fact you got reinfected means you might be lacking in protection somewhere.

Haven't heard in a while. Any suggestions after reviewing the HJT file?

The Hijackthis log is looking fine The Colonels, and I'm sorry for the delay in replying, somehow this one managed to slip through the net. An important thing I need you to do is to rescan the computer with Spybot and let me know if they are still finding the two malicious entries that you talked about in a recent post. If Spybot is still finding these threats, can you tell me where they are located, and if possible quote an exact file path, or a location, for example in the registry.

Can you turn your Norton back on now, or is it still disabled? As it has been a few days I would like a progress report on how the computer is behaving, then we can start tying to find the cause of the problems. I want a couple more logs from you before we continue.

Please download Combofix to your desktop.
Doubleclick combofix.exe to launch the application.

Follow the prompts that will be displayed on the screen.
Don't click on the window while the fix is running, because that will cause your system to hang.
When finished, it should produce a log, combofix.txt.
Post this log in your next reply together with a new hijackthislog.

Also answer the questions that I posted above.
David
