Config Parser Error

Not sure if this is the right place for this or not, if not, I apologize.

I keep getting an error message. Originally kept coming up when I was on ebay, now happens randomly.
It is an error box titled: config parser error. In the box it says: Error parsin C:\WINDOWS\system32\URTTemp\config\machine.config parser returned error Ox80070003

Any help would be appreciated :thumbsup:

I read a brief response toa simliar issue that state replace the file from your win XP/98 disk however Im not 100% on this one...
