It opened in a new window when I clicked on it, so I couldn't just go back to this topic using the back button. Perhaps this is the problem? I was able to switch between the two screens as normal, and the new one closed like it was supposed to as well. gk

Almost like a problem I've had (have), where I'll view a profile, and when I hit back it'll take me to a topic that I was in like 20 minutes ago! Same thing happens when I'm reading posts too. I believe that Grinler said it was an issue with the way the computer (Windows?) is accessing the cache. Just happens randomly, no rhyme nor reason.

Have you tried dumping all your memory and temporary internet files and then reproducing the error again?
War produces veterans, wounded both physically and mentally. They have sacrificed for us.....and it is now our job to help these veterans, as they have already helped us in ways we will never know, in ways that we cannot fathom, and in ways that we take granted every day.

Did as you said Stevealmighty, still the same.
Only have these probs when being diverted to another forum.I noticed also if I post, hit the back button only once, then hit the X button at top of screen to get out at that moment the whole screen goes haywire. It loads up to 60 internet sites in the task bar and I have to Hard shut down from the wall socket.Restart and alls OK.
Learnt not to do that too often.
