Ipod Trouble

i imported a whole bunch of stuff from my computer to my ipod..and then my computer crashed...i got the computer fixed but i had to scratch it..so i downloaded all the i tunes stuff and now in order to sync my ipod to this computer i need to delete everything from the ipod...is there any way to export everything from the ipod so that i wont lose it?

Plug u ipod into ur computer, open my computer click right button on the the item which has the name of your ipod on it, then click explore, you should see a folder with all the contents of the things u have stored hope i helped!!!!
