Ibis Toolbar Problem

Hi and thanks for any help ahead of time. If this post is in the wrong forum let me know and I will change it.

System: Pentium III
512 meg RAM
windows ME

Basically the system is running slower than it should. Ad-aware started with 1064 objects found, I have it down to 350 now. The majority of the remaining files are related to ibis toolbar. I have tried researching on how to get it off but have gotten no results. below is my HJT logfile.

If i cannot clean everything off, would wiping the hard drive clean and re-installing everything solve my problems?
