Systems Problem

After getting some type of virus or something, i tried to restart my computer and got a message telling me that system32\drivers\ntfs.sys was missing. can some one please tell me what is going on and how can i fix it? also what is a good program to use to burn downloaded movies, that can also play on my dvd player
