i did a search og the forums and found a few related posts and tried what was stated, things went ok for a day but it has come back with a vengence and im unsure what to do from here. i have ran spybot, adaware, a few different online scanners but to no avail..... any help would be great.

According to this BC page, it says lich.exe is an undesirable program. So you are infected. Post your HJT log again in this forum because the 'Am I infected? What do I do?' forum is not the apporpriate place to post HJT logs.
