Every day, i get the update icon in my tool bar. Everyday I update the computer. I'm getting sick of this! What the hell is "816093: Security Update Microsoft Virtual Machine (Microsoft VM)" I'm sick of it. What is it. Why is it? I have installedit and installed it and installed it. It say something about over wetiting the existing VM. I say okay. It does its thing then I reboot. I still HAVE THE SAME STINKING UPDATE WHEN I TURN IT BACK ON!!!!! WHY?

Because I refuse to use IE 7? The address bar in 7 has yet to work for me so I uninstalled it. I will not reinstall untill I goto vista.

found on the web:

I did some further investigation and I found out that Microsoft has lost its
franchise to distribute Microsoft VM because it now belongs to Sun Java.

I went to Sun Java's web site and I found this link to downloading Microsoft
VM:

www.meetingworks.com/files/msjavx86.exe

I downloaded Microsoft VM from there, and then rebooted my machine.

Then I ran Windows Update and it installed the update properly.
