This is a logfile from my fathers computer. I have not looked at the computer myself, but did do some things over the phone with him. I had him run updated definitions of AdAware, and spybot, and remove what they would. I then had him run HJT and send me the log file.

As far as the problems, he describes many pop-ups and a slower system. He is cable connected, and will have several popups when he returns to the computer after being away.

I am competent with computers, but I didn't want to start without some advice, as I know that these things can be very tricky sometimes.

I see several things that I don't like, but I would feel better with some advice from those that deal with this a lot more than I do.
