When I am playing Oblivion, I have to get off everytime a new window appears. Then I have to start over again....I know I shouldn't be having new windows popping up when I'm playing a game, but I do....Is there settings or something like that that can just minimize Oblivion instead of closing out with an error?

When you say windows popping up, do you mean like traditional "pop-ups", like the ones you get when you're browsing the internet? If you do, then I'd say that the problem is related to a malware infection, not the game itself. If it is, and you'd like help, let me know and I'll point you in the right direction. I think that if you get the malware off your machine, then the error that you get when running oblivion would be resolved. You should be able to Alt+Tab out of any window in any game (I do it all the time, and have only had problems when I had malware on my computer).
