I've done everything asked to do in the other forum (Ad-aware/ spy-bot, panda software, mcaffee) but I'm still having issues. I can't get into my control panel and neither can I change desktop properties. IE opens randomly. I used to have many toolbars on it, but I think one of the scans removed it. Here is the log of Hijack this (thanks ahead for any help - also, anything relating to iron mountain is probably not a problem; that is the name of the company I work for):

Logfile of HijackThis v1.99.1

Hi and welcome to Bleeping Computer! My name is Sam and I will be helping you.

Please download ComboFix and save it to your desktop.
Double click combofix.exe and follow the prompts.
When it's done running it will produce a log for you. Please post that log in your next reply.

Important Note - Do not mouseclick combofix's window whilst it's running. That may cause it to stall.

Failing to respond back to the person that is giving up their own time to help you not only is insensitive and disrespectful, but it guarantees that you will never receive help from me again. Please thank your helpers and there will always be help here when you need it!
