This is driving me insane. AntiVir Guard will detect it (sometimes) but nothing will get rid of it. Spy Bot does not capture it, Pest Patrol does not capture it, in fact they don't even notice the problem. On top of that, every tool I run including Norton and Ad-Aware freeze as soon as they hit the file. The file is... C:\program file\online services\people pc\dII\ras.dll this is the same file it captures in AntiVir but when you try to quarinteen it, the system freezes. I have no idea of what to do next.. this is my hijack log...

Please Help!!

You have multiple AV's running - there should only be one active AV - remove one of them

Are you using People PC

That's part of the problem I can't delete the folder it completely locks up my system every time I try. I ran a full scan of Norton and Norton detects nothing wrong with that file and picks up nothing... yet something is definately wrong.

Here is the new Hijack log since Norton has completed it's run, also can you let me know of any other junk I can remove. Thanks!!

Have you tried removing the folder in safe mode - there should be no reason why you cannot remove People PC

I'd leave that folder alone

If you are looking to free up space

DownLoad EasyCleaner http://www.majorgeeks.com/download414.html

Use the clear files and Unnecessary files buttons I do not recommend
using the Duplicates files button
as many dupes are there on purpose.

Not all files will delete that is normal.

In the unnecessary button I check the top 4 entries

log is fine
"Nothing could be finer than to be in South Carolina ............"
