Ok i can be doing anything and my computer goes to a blue screen says mssync20.sys cannot communcate or something it has like NON_IN_PAGE etc. I think this is some kind of spyware/adware. Boot into Safe mode C/Windows/System32 and there it is like 4 of them same name and everything. Im wondering can just delete these from there or do i need reinstall of Windows? I saw the thing you guys made about its not wanted. (And well I know I dont want it) So please tell me what to do!

System Detailes
Microsoft Windows XP Pro SP2
512 mb Ram
1.53 GHZ (i think might be 2.53 not sure)

Also after it says that it starts dumping phiscal memory.

Moved from the XP Forum. ~acklan~

ok
1. Sorry about being in wrong forum
2. Thanks for answering so quickly
3. Also during this it boots up really slow.
ok

Now that we made it so it will not start on boot up, you should delete the file using My Computer or Windows Explorer. If you can not see the file, it may be hidden.

Its more then one there do I delete all of them?

More than likely you have more than one infection. I would also recommend you post a HJT log in the HJT Forum.
Here is a link to that procedure.

http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/34773/preparation-guide-for-use-before-using-malware-removal-tools-and-requesting-help/

Follow it to the letter, and remember not to post to it again until you hear from a HJT Team Member. Whatever you do, don't that advice from anyone other than a HJT Team Member.

Good Luck
