Did you look in your System32 sub-directory for this file?

A google doesn't give any hits for this - have you recently removed any viruses or spyware from your system?
My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.
