My Quick Launch toolbar will not stay turned on even if I lock the toolbar. Maybe I turned it off in the MSConfig Startup area. Do you know what I need to do to get it to stay? Every time I Reboot I have to re-launch the toolbar.
Thank you!

AOL says this program is a Virus!

It makes a registry change so it would be considered a virus by some so called anti-malware programs. To me AOL is and always will be a virus.

Have you ticked "Keep the task bar on top of other windows" in the settings? And the obvious one, "Show Quick Launch".
