I have tried to used all the utilitis (spybot, Ad-aware, spy Doctor, Xoftspy,,,,etc) But i could not get rid of it,,,,the message that I keep receiving is this :

I tried to delete the file that is called dumprep 0 -u but it keeps coming when windows starts.

Download the trial version in the link below and allow it to quarantine whatever it finds. Run the program in "safe mode".

IF After doing the above you still have a problem, post a Hijack This log by following the instructions in the link below.
