I recently fell for a "download missing codec to view" scam. It has resulted in my having two blinking icons down by my clock, and a huge amount of pop-ups. The programs I have found on my computer that look suspicious to me are:
There may be others, but I have not found them yet.
All my attempts to remove these programs have failed. I run Symantec's full suite with personal firewall, and microsoft defender. None of these programs detect or remove the evil ones listed above. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

I suggest you run the smitfraud fix in the link below. You've probably contracted the downloader virus Zlob with the codec as indicated by the ISAMINI file.
