My wife's system has been getting Spam written in German in her inbox. We just ran HJT and that came up with nothing, just as CA, Windows Defender, Ewido, and Spybot came up clear. So I know we're not infected.
My email Inbox has also been clear, so I know someone's not sniffing the ports. Any ideas?

Whenever you have time you & your wife should read through this article.

Spam

If you are using a desktop client, such as Outlook, Thunderbird, etc.. you could reduce the amount of spam by using filters from within the programs, or you could use third-party apps such as Mailwasher, SpamBayes, & others. You clould also report spam to Spamcop &/or KnujOn to further reduce the amount of spam you receive in your inbox.
